My experience has been generally positive–good value for money, reasonable uptime, reasonable support, good functionality. However, I have one major problem: Blacklisting. Apparently, someone who shares my mail server generates spam on a regular basis, as many ISPs blacklist the IP address.  The blacklistings recur regularly, so the spamming must be taking place all the time. I therefore have a lot of trouble with outgoing emails being blocked by the recipients’ ISPs. I would appreciate more stringent control of the activities of other clients, to prevent outgoing spam. Having to beg ISPs to un-blacklist my mail server so that I can communicate with their clients is no fun
